PROCEDURES
Passes
Students coming to the LMC must bring their library folder or student agenda with a signed pass. Students sent to the LMC on passes must be able to do their work independently if there is a scheduled class.
Circulation
Kindergarten: 1 book for 2 weeks
1st grade: 1 book for 2 weeks
2nd-8th grade: 2 books for 2 weeks
Materials may be renewed if they are not reserved. Reference materials are for use in the LMC only. Overdue books must be returned or paid for before further LMC use is allowed.
Fines
There are no fines charged for overdue books, however, patrons are responsible to pay for any lost or damaged items before futher LMC use is allowed.
OTHER SERVICES
Colored pencils, markers, glue etc. are available for student use in the LMC.
Printers are available for student use with a limit of 5 pages per day.
Color printing is available only with teacher approval.
10 Student computers are available for research and homework. All have internet access. Students must have on file in the office a signed Internet Agreement sheet.
MATERIALS AVAILABLE
Books
The LMC holdings include over 10,000 items, but this does not cover every subject. Students are encouraged to make recommendations for purchases that are needed on site.
Audio-Visual Equipment
For Staff check out only: Laptop computers,LCD projectors, DVD players, digital camcorders, digital still cameras, TVs, VCRs, cassette recorders, Listening Centers.
Media
The LMC has a collection of curriculum-related audiotapes, videotapes, DVDs and CDs that may be checked out by staff.

Laminator
